ARK’s FLAT proSpoon™ Feeding Utensil - Available in 2 Different Textures

ARK's Flat proSpoon™ is specially designed by feeding therapist Debbie Lowsky, MS, CCC-SLP. It is similar to the original proSpoon, but it features a very thin spoon bowl - ideal for individuals who have limited lip control or difficulty removing food from the spoon.

The Flat proSpoon is available in two different versions - smooth or textured. The textured version has ribbed lines inside the spoon bowl and gentle bumps on the back, providing tactile input to the upper lip, lower lip, and tongue. Use this version to introduce texture to puréed foods such as yogurt, applesauce, stage 1 baby foods, etc

Technical Information – Each spoon measures approximately 14cm long overall. The spoon bowl measures approximately 3.5cm long and 2cm wide

Safety - This proSpoon is a feeding spoon, not a chew tool. Although these feeding spoons are made out of sturdy medical grade materials, they are not indestructible. Some individuals (particularly those with heavier oral needs and those who bite or chew more aggressively) may be able to damage the feeding spoon. Please supervise at all times and replace if necessary when the item shows signs of wear and tear.
