ARK's Flat Textured Feeding Spoons are a double-sided feeding therapy tool with a thin profile

Features of the ARK Flat Textured Spoons include –

• Thin, flat profile – ideal for those who have limited lip control or difficulty removing food from a spoon
• Textured on one side and smooth on the other
• Present the feeding spoon textured side facing up to stimulate the upper lip
• Present the feeding spoon textured side down to stimulate the lower lip and tongue
• Use the end with lines on for mild sensory input
• Use the end with bumps on for moderate sensory input
• Works best with puréed foods such as yogurt, applesauce, or stage 1 baby foods
• Each spoon is rigid enough to hold food but does have some flexibility, in case the user has a bite reflex and bites down on the spoon
• Can be used as tongue depressors
• Dishwasher safe
