ARK’s Y Tip Bite Blocks – Available in Three Thickness Levels

For use with any ARK Z-Vibe® or Z-Grabber® Handle (available separately)

ARK's Y Tips are a great addition to any oral motor tool bag. They are similar in shape to ARK’s Y-Chew but are fashioned into tip attachments for the Z-Vibe®. These tips are specially designed for varied sensory input but especially jaw grading, jaw stability and lip closure exercises.

The Y Tip Bite Blocks are firm but not 100% rigid so offer good resistance during jaw grading practice, and each tip has gentle sensory bumps to grip the teeth. For softer options to work on chewing skills, please look at the Bite-n-Chew Tips.

Technical Information

Bite Block Y Tips are available in three thickness options -

• ORANGE (Thinnest) - arms are approximately 0.3cm and 0.5 thick (labelled 1 and 2, respectively)
• MAGENTA (Middle) – arms are approximately 0.8cm and 1cm thick (labelled 3 and 4, respectively)
• TEAL (Thickest) - arms are approximately 1.3cm and 1.6cm thick (labelled 5 and 6, respectively)

Each arm on the Bite Block Y Tip measures approximately 1.6" (4cm) in length and just under 0.5" (1cm) in width

This ARK Z-Vibe Tip is NOT a toy. It is a therapeutic tool intended to be used by a professional therapist (or by parents trained by their therapist). It contains small parts that may pose a choking hazard - direct adult supervision is required at all times. Z-Vibe Tips are made from medical grade materials that are FDA compliant - free from BPA, latex, lead, phthalates, and PVC. The oral tips can be washed in warm, soapy water or placed in the top rack of a dishwasher.
