Essential Scissors Kit by PETA (UK) – 7 Classroom Scissor Set
The Essential Scissors Kit is ideal for individuals who struggle to use conventional style scissors. This kit is an ideal resource that allows teachers and support staff to support children who need assistance with scissor skill development. It can also support therapy and exercise programmes set by Occupational Therapists or Physiotherapists.
This Scissor Kit will support children of all abilities, but especially those with additional needs such as Autism or Dyspraxia.
The kit contains one of each the following PETA Scissors –
- Mini Easi-Grip® Scissors (MEG-1)
- Easi-Grip® Scissors - Right-Handed (PEG-1)
- Easi-Grip® Scissors - Left-Handed (PEG-1/L)
- Self-Opening Scissors – Right-Handed (PR-1/SO)
- Self-Opening Scissors - Left Handed (PL-1/SO)
- Dual Control Teaching Scissors – Right-Handed (PTR-1)
- Dual Control Teaching Scissors – Left-Handed (PTL-1)
Can be used alongside Developing Scissor Skills Workbooks and Cards
The scissors are supplied in a handy carry case and guidance notes giving specific information on each type are provided.
