1. What are your contact details?

Please note that office hours at our warehouse above are from 9.00 am - 3.00 pm. We recommend that you email at sales@tinknstink.co.uk us if you wish to contact us outside of those hours.
2. Where is my order?
tink n stink operates a large and fast-moving warehouse within the UK. Our postage cut-offf time is 2 pm. With this in mind, we aim to have your order dispatched the same day as it is placed (if received by us before2 pm) or the next day (if received by us after 2 pm).
Once your goods leave the warehouse, your order will either be in the hands of Royal Mail or a courier company. Before you contact us, please read on to see if these guidelines can help you:
I have chosen Royal Mail Delivery......
Your goods are being handled by Royal Mail.
Royal Mail 1st Class normally takes 2-3 working days after your order has been processed and you have received your shipping confirmation.
Royal Mail 2nd Class normally takes 3-5 working days after your order has been processed and you have received your shipping confirmation.
Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 the next working day and TREacked 48 within 2-3 working days after your order has been processed and you have received your shipping confirmation.
Next Day Delivery will be with you the next day (Monday-Friday) as long as you have placed your order with us by 2 pm and you have selected Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1 pm.
Within these time frames, Royal Mail will attempt to deliver your goods to you at the address you have specified. If you are out when they do this, they will automatically take your parcel to your local sorting office or leave it with a neighbour. They will leave a calling card asking you to either a) arrange a re-delivery or b) collect from the office specified as per their instructions or c) pick it up from your neighbour. They will hold your parcel for 14 days. After which it will be returned to us. You can also schedule a redelivery by using the link on the Royal Mail website. You might fine the link below helpful:
If you haven't received your order after 7 days, please check with your local sorting office even if you haven't received a calling card, it may be waiting for you to collect. If it isn't at the sorting office, please get in touch with us at sales@tinknstink.co.uk.
I have a large order and have chosen to use a courier company.......
All courier companies will attempt to deliver your goods to you at the address you have specified. If you are out when they do this, they make another 2 attempted deliveries. If they fail in these attempts, they will return the goods to us.
In both instances, we ask you to check to see if you have any calling cards. If you do, please take the necessary steps to re-schedule delivery or collect your parcel. If you do not have a calling card, we will open an investigation with Royal Mail or the courier company.
3. My order is damaged or broken?
Upon receipt, we ask that you contact us immediately so that we can arrange the returns process for you.
Please take photos of the damaged items including the packaging. We will need this to process a claim with the courier or postal service
Please note that you have 3 working days from the receipt of the damaged package to do this.
If the packaging is damaged when you receive your goods, please keep it, as we may need it if the postal service requests evidence of damage.
4. I have received the wrong goods?
Whilst we take the utmost care in packaging your goods, there are occasions when we may accidentally send out the wrong item. When this happens, we will ask you to return the incorrect item before we post the correct goods. As soon as we have evidence that the incorrect goods have been posted back to us, we will reship your item.
It doesn't happen very often, but when it does, we ask you to contact us immediately so that we can arrange the returns process for you.
Please note that you have 14 days to do this.
5. How can I pay?
We are proud to accept all major debit and credit cards using our secure payment system.
We also accept payment via a PayPal account.
Schools are professional organisations are welcome to use Proforma Invoices.
You can choose your preferred method as you checkout.
6. Do you accept Public Sector Purchase Orders?
Yes, of course.
You can set up an invoice account with us and pay by cheque or our preferred method BACS, where you can subsequently email or mail your official purchase order to us.
For tink n stink to process your order, we require a purchase order number, invoice, delivery address details, telephone number and email address.
Please email your order to sales@tinknstink.co.uk or enter your order number when checking out on the website.
We will forward a VAT invoice to you by email once your order has been processed.
